Yes — every treatment begins with a free consultation, in-studio or on WhatsApp, so we can understand what you want and give you honest expectations before booking.

Avoid retinol, blood-thinners, caffeine, and alcohol for 24–48 hours before your appointment, and arrive with clean skin. We'll send you the full prep list when you book.

We don't perform permanent makeup during pregnancy or breastfeeding. Please let us know so we can plan the right time for you.

A topical anaesthetic is applied before and during the session. Most clients describe the sensation as light scratching that is easily tolerated.

Every needle, cartridge, and blade is single-use and opened in front of you. The treatment room is sanitised between every client and we work one-to-one, never overlapping appointments.
